Terms & Conditions

By booking your child into a Rascals session, you accept the terms and conditions below:

· I agree to my child/ren receiving medical treatment in the event of an emergency.

• I'm aware that if my child carries an inhaler or Epipen, it is my responsibility to ensure it is handed to the registration/admin staff member when signing into classes/holiday camps. Also, it is to be clearly labelled with my child's name.

· I agree to my child/ren being included in photos/videos that may occasionally be uploaded to Rascals social media and website pages (please contact us if you do not agree)

· For safe-guarding reasons, I understand that parents are not permitted to take photo's or video's during their FREE TRIAL session.

· I understand that Rascals may, at its own discretion, refuse a student entry to a session or request that a student is collected during a session, if it is felt that the student's behaviour is unacceptable. A refund will not be offered.

· I accept that all cash payments & bank transfers must be paid on the dates given.

· I am aware that no deductions or changes can be made to the payment amounts and dates given.

· I am aware that no refunds will be given on any payments unless a class is cancelled by Rascals

· I understand that all absences are to be paid for in full.

· I understand in the event that a Student is unable to attend a session, due to sickness, holiday or a decision by the Parent or Student not to attend, Rascals regrets that it is unable to refund any payment.

· Adverse weather conditions: If Rascals classes were to remain open during adverse weather conditions, no refunds will be offered should you not attend.
